Creating organizations

An organization in Alan AI Studio allows all users within the group to be billed from a single account owned by the organization’s owner. This setup simplifies billing and resource management.

To create an organization in Alan AI Studio:

  1. In the top right corner of Alan AI Studio, click the main menu icon and select Organization.

  2. In the Organization window, click Create.

  3. In the Organization field, enter the organization name and click Add.

  4. In the Members list, click Invite, enter the user’s email and click Invite.

The user will receive an invitation email to join Alan AI Studio. They need to click Accept and Signup in the email to join the organization.

To remove the user from the organization, in the Organization view, click the delete icon next to the user’s email.
