Applying promo codes¶
Alan AI may distribute promo codes as part of marketing campaigns or to reward user loyalty. By entering a promo code in Alan AI Studio, you can receive discounts, unlock specific features or gain extra interactions and usage credits.
To apply a promo code:
In the top right corner of Alan AI Studio, click the main menu icon and select Billing.
In the Balance section, click Apply Promo Code.
In the Promo code field, enter the promo code you obtained from Alan AI and click Apply.
Note
You can see all applied promo codes in the Credit History section at the bottom of the Billing view.
