Adding funds

When the balance on your account runs low, Alan AI notifies you about it with a warning in Alan AI Studio.

To add funds to your balance:

1. In the top right corner of Alan AI Studio, click the main menu icon and select Billing.

2. In the Balance section, click Add Funds.

3. In the Choose your payment method window, select the payment method:

   • With a credit card

   • With a PayPal account

4. Provide the card details and complete the transaction. The funds will be put into your account.

You can check the history of payments in the Credit History section at the bottom of the Billing view.
